The Cedars of Chapel Hill, part of LCS, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead the skilled nursing operation in Chapel Hill, NC. You will partner with clinical leadership and department heads to deliver outstanding resident care and drive performance across the community.

Applicants should hold a North Carolina NHA license and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 1–3+ years in skilled nursing or post-acute care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of federal and state skilled nursing regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
