Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Bastrop, TX is seeking a caring CNA to support residents during the 6pm–6am shift at Lost Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This full-time role requires a valid CNA license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities include daily resident care, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with a minimum age of 16.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide license.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing and daily care.
• Observe and report changes in resident status to Charge Nurse.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedure.
• Respond to calls and ensure resident safety.
• Contribute knowledge to resident care plans.
