Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services’ Bastrop facility seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care in line with resident assessments and care plans.

You will assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and daily activities, and you will measure and document vital signs as assigned. A high school diploma and CNA license are needed, with prior long-term care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing and daily activities.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed.
• Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedure.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse.
