Job summary

Autumn Leaves in Henderson, TX seeks a Staffing Coordinator (CNA) to organize and prepare work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for each shift.

The role requires a Texas CNA license in good standing (or compact) and prior staffing coordination experience; familiarity with EHR systems and MS Office is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous staffing coordinator experience required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Proficient in Word/Excel and EHR systems.
• Current Texas CNA license in good standing or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post daily and monthly staff schedules.
• Maintain staff contact list and attendance calendars.
• Manage hours sheets and state-required documentation.
• Coordinate with HR for hires, status changes, and terminations.
• Schedule floor orientation for newly hired nursing associates.
• Participate in on-call rotation and cover shifts as needed.
