Jersey College invites applications for a Nursing Instructor to deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction for LPN/PN and RN nursing programs. Instructors contribute to student achievement by evaluating performance and guiding professional development.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, current RN licensure, and at least 3 years of RN practice, with teaching experience preferred. The role supports campus-based instruction and collaboration with clinical partners.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state required.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses and clinical experiences being taught.
• Experience with teaching adult learners and clinical evaluation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students as assigned.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and promote safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence; provide feedback and guidance.
