The ideal candidate has a BSN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of clinical RN experience, with a passion for teaching and student achievement. Collaboration with faculty and clinical partners is essential to support successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher required.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses and clinical experiences being taught.
• Preferred teaching or nursing education experience with LPN/PN and/or RN students.

Aufgaben

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in the clinical environment and ensure safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competency according to program standards.
• Prepare accurate progress and grade reports; maintain attendance records.
• Attend faculty meetings and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, clinical partners, and other stakeholders to support student success.
