Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing or BSN with plan to complete MSN within three years of appointment.
• Idaho RN license.
• Evidence of nursing practice experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lessons and course materials aligned with the college curriculum and accreditation requirements.
• Delivers instruction using varied teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Maintains a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and success.
• Provides proactive student support, advising, tutoring, and office hours.
• Assesses student learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement processes.
• Collaborates with colleagues across departments and participates in faculty development activities.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and maintains required documentation.
