Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum one year of nursing teaching or clinical teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: Prepare lessons and materials aligned with curriculum and accreditation.
• Student Support and Success: Maintain communication with students on progress and provide tutoring and office hours.
• Assessment and Program Improvement: Assess learning outcomes and contribute to program improvement.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: Participate in meetings and work with colleagues to improve programs.
• Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with standards and document student data.
• Other Duties: Support instructional materials relevance and maintain equipment.
