Qualifications

• ACEN accreditation or eligibility.
• Arizona Board of Nursing (AZBN) license in AZ.
• BSN or MSN with nursing major preferred.
• Arizona RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• At least two years of RN direct patient care.
• Graduate degree in nursing or equivalent required for faculty.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver nursing courses aligned with curriculum and accreditation.
• Adhere to syllabi and ensure alignment with program goals and accreditation requirements.
• Deliver instruction using varied methods to support diverse learning styles.
• Provide proactive student support including advising and tutoring.
• Participate in program improvement through assessment and data analysis.
• Collaborate with department and industry partners for program growth and student success.
• Document grades, attendance, and advising in required systems.
