• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: prepares lessons and course materials using the college's curriculum and appropriate teaching methods.
• Adheres to syllabi, ensuring alignment with program goals and accreditation requirements.
• Delivers instruction through varied teaching techniques to support different learning styles.
• Maintains a positive, inclusive, professional classroom environment.
• Student Support and Success: communicates with students about progress and performance; provides advising and office hours.
• Assessment and Program Improvement: regularly assesses learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: participates in meetings and faculty development activities; mentors new faculty.
• Compliance and Accreditation: adheres to standards; documents grades and attendance; participates in assessments.
