You will advise students, monitor progress, and participate in program improvement activities while collaborating with colleagues across departments to maintain accreditation standards and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Arizona RN licensure (AZRN) required.
• ACEN and AZBN compliance knowledge.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum two years of direct patient care as an RN.
• Graduate degree (if not in nursing, then BSN) required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction using diverse teaching methods aligned with curriculum and accreditation.
• Provide student advising, tutoring, and open office hours to support success.
• Assess learning outcomes and contribute to program improvement through data.
• Participate in departmental meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintain documentation.
• Support ongoing faculty development and contribute to program growth.
