• Assessment and Program Improvement: Regularly assess learning outcomes and contribute to program improvement.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: Participate in departmental meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with standards and document grades, attendance, and advising.
• Other Duties: Support program development and maintain instructional materials.
