UCHealth Mountain Crest Behavior Health Center in Fort Collins seeks an experienced RN Educator. You will develop and deliver orientation, continuing education, and professional development for clinical staff.

Collaborate with managers to assess learning needs, design curricula, and mentor staff in clinical practice and program development. This onsite role requires nursing licensure and a strong educational background.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred.
• State RN licensure with BLS provider card.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; charge nurse preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with managers to assess learning needs and competencies.
• Design, deliver and assess curricula for clinical competencies and policies.
• Mentor staff in program development, practice and education.
