Job summary

You will coordinate orientation, staff competency, ongoing education, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Clinical Specialists, facility-based educators, and providers, functioning as educator, facilitator, consultant, researcher, and change agent to drive improvement within your specialty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse license in state of employment.
• Nursing specialty certification within six months; within one year of hire.
• Three years of nursing experience.
• Two years of experience in the designated specialty.
• Master's Degree in nursing, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation with facility departments and ongoing staff competency.
• Plan and facilitate education initiatives, classes, and events.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice and adult learning theory.
• Identify educational needs from data and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff and management to design action plans.
• Advance specialty education initiatives and align with regional guidelines.
