Job summary

The position requires a BSN, Indiana RN license or NLC, BLS, and willingness to travel. Two years of nursing experience are preferred, with OR experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Indiana RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• BLS certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred, OR experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Willingness to travel to support educational needs across the system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess competency development and maintenance for clinical staff.
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs and role development initiatives.
• Build collaborative partnerships with unit leaders, educators, and stakeholders to support organizational goals.
• Facilitate inquiry and evidence‑based practice to promote continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new staff and learners.
• Support system-wide and unit-specific educational strategies to meet evolving patient care needs.
