Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license required.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Two years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new ED staff.
• Manage competency assessments and ongoing professional development.
• Develop and deliver educational programs specific to emergency care.

Skills

Basic Life Support certification

Knowledge of adult learning principles
