Qualifications

• RN license and Bachelor's of Nursing required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• 1+ years experience as NPD Practitioner preferred.
• Experience as a preceptor and teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource for nursing professional development and research.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding using ANPD standards.
• Plan and deliver education programs and competency validation.
• Promote evidence-based practice and interprofessional collaboration.
• Support preceptor programs and student partnerships.
