Job summary

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license active in Indiana or NLC.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: candidates with more than two years of acute care experience may be considered with review and approval by CNO.
• BLS certification required; other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate proficient, evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Participate in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient care and improve outcomes.
