AdventHealth is seeking a Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner to support nursing education, competency validation, and onboarding within a modern hospital setting in Florida. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and structured education programs for staff at all levels.

Work involves leading orientation efforts, coaching new graduates and experienced nurses, and coordinating competency assessments in alignment with ANPD standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's of Nursing is required.
Master's degree preferred.
RN license and BLS required.
Experience in nursing professional development preferred.

Responsibilities

Serves as a resource for clinical inquiry and quality improvement initiatives.
Designs and coordinates orientation using ANPD standards of practice.
Leads education plans, competency validation, and teacher development.
