AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to advance evidence-based practice, competency development, and staff education. You will lead orientation using ANPD standards, drive quality improvement, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to support lifelong learning across the unit.

The role requires RN licensure and a Bachelor’s in Nursing, with Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license active in hospital setting.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• ANCC-NPD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource for clinical inquiry and support quality improvement efforts.
• Design, implement, and coordinate orientation using ANPD standards of practice.
• Develop education plans, competency validation, and ongoing staff development programs.
• Promote evidence-based practice and dissemination of findings through education programs.
