AdventHealth seeks an experienced NPD practitioner to advance nursing education across the unit. You will lead orientation, design competency plans, and facilitate evidence-based learning for new graduates and staff, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include coaching, collaborative education development with content experts, and promoting professional development of clinical staff within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

RN with active license and BLS certification.
Experience applying nursing professional development standards.
Ability to design and deliver education aligned with ANPD guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead orientation and onboarding using NPD models.
Develop education plans and competency validation.
Coach nurses and staff through simulation and learning activities.
