Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking an NPD Practitioner to advance nursing professional development across the unit and department. You will design, implement, and evaluate orientation and ongoing education using ANPD standards and adult learning principles, promoting evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

You will coach new graduates and staff, coordinate competency validation, and partnering with clinical leaders to close learning gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ANCC-NPD certification is preferred.
• CCRN certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports nursing research and quality improvement efforts.
• Onboards new staff using ANPD standards and adult learning principles.
• Coordinates competency validation and ongoing education plans.
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to promote evidence-based practice.
• Facilitates educational activities and evaluates program effectiveness.
