Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking an experienced NPD Practitioner to lead education, onboarding and competency validation across units, applying ANPD standards and the NPD practice model to foster evidence-based practice.

You will develop education plans, coach new graduates and staff, coordinate simulations and ongoing professional development, and collaborate with academic partners for student placements, in a full-time day-shift role in Maitland.

Qualifications

• RN with active license to practice in Florida.
• 2+ years of hospital nursing experience required.
• Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for clinical inquiry and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate nursing education programs and onboarding.
• Facilitate orientation using ANPD standards and NPD practice model.
• Lead competency validation and staff development activities.
