AdventHealth Parker is seeking a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner to lead education initiatives, promote evidence-based practice, and coordinate onboarding and competency validation for nursing staff. The role emphasizes research-driven learning and collaboration with clinical partners.

Eligible clinicians can advance through a Clinical Ladder; salary ranges reflect hospital-level compensation and dedication to nursing development.

Qualifications

Effective professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of ANA/ANPD scope and standards for Nursing Professional Development.
Self-directed, creative, and demonstrates initiative to fulfill the seven roles of the NPD practitioner: learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, champion for inquiry, advocate for the NPD specialty and partner for practice transitions.
