Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to drive educational programs, competency management, and onboarding for its Greater Manchester region. The RN will influence learner development and align practice with ANA standards within a collaborative leadership framework.

Responsibilities include designing and evaluating education initiatives, mentoring staff, and leading evidence-based practice improvements. A BSN with CN nursing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to develop, deliver and evaluate educational programs.
• Working knowledge of high reliability and LEAN process improvement strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to education as a methodology for promoting continuous quality improvement in the delivery of patient care and services.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: Uses the educational design process and adult learning principles to bridge knowledge gaps identified through learning needs assessment.
• Collaborative Partner: Partners with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and develop programs; supports inter-professional learning activities.
• Role Development: Promotes professional nursing practice and quality patient care per ANA standards; supports transition to expert practice.
