Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator in the Greater Manchester region. The RN will influence learner growth within Nursing Professional Development, partnering with nursing leadership to standardize practice and onboard new colleagues.

Responsibilities include continuing education, competency assessment, orientation programs and promoting evidence-based care across the system. Requires BSN and current CT RN licensure; leadership and teaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

BSN degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
At least 1 year in an acute care environment or ambulatory/ancillary settings.
Experience as a preceptor.

Responsibilities
