Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Current, unencumbered NC RN licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with learning management systems, simulation equipment, and online platforms; increasing use of AI.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative; strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback/remediation.
• Lead clinical learning and connect theory to practice.
• Engage in scholarly activities and service to the university.
• Maintain compliance with policies and stay current with licensure requirements.
