- Proficiency with learning management systems, simulation equipment, and online platforms; increasing use of AI.
- Excellent communication skills and initiative; strong judgment.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback/remediation.
- Lead clinical learning and connect theory to practice.
- Engage in scholarly activities and service to the university.
- Maintain compliance with policies and stay current with licensure requirements.
