Job summary

The Nursing Editor & Accreditation Specialist at EBSCO Information Services will develop high-quality, evidence-based educational content for allied health professionals while ensuring accreditation compliance. You will lead editorial efforts, collaborate with subject matter experts, and manage accreditation applications and renewals.

This role supports continuing education aligned with professional standards within a remote-friendly Medical Team of Research Databases and the broader Product

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in clinical writing, editing, and accreditation processes.
• Evidence-based practice expertise and research interpretation.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Deep understanding and implementation of accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply accrediting body requirements (ANCC, CA Board of RN).
• Prepare and manage accreditation applications and renewals.
• Assess learning needs, licensing requirements, and clinical trends.
• Write and edit clinical reference materials and CE modules.
• Ensure adherence to professional, legal, ethical, and editorial standards.
• Lead content review cycles and update courses; analyze learner data.
• Recruit and collaborate with subject matter experts, writers, reviewers.
• Provide editorial guidance for consistency and quality.
