Job summary

EBSCO Information Services (EIS) seeks a Nursing Editor & Accreditation Specialist to lead the development of evidence-based education for allied health professionals and manage accreditation activities across continuing education programs.

You will collaborate with the Medical Team and Product Management Content Team, guiding content strategy, maintaining high editorial standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a remote-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in both clinical writing & editing and multiple accreditation processes.
• Strong in Evidence-based practice and research interpretation.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent understanding and implementation of accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply requirements from accrediting bodies relevant to allied health (ANCC, CA Board of RN).
• Prepare and manage accreditation applications and renewals and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Assess professional learning needs, licensing requirements, and clinical trends to guide content strategy.
• Write and edit clinical reference materials and CE modules using current research and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to professional, legal, ethical, and editorial standards.
• Lead content review cycles, update courses for accuracy and relevance and analyze learner data and evaluations to improve content.
• Recruit and collaborate with subject matter experts, writers, and reviewers.
