This role blends editorial leadership with clinical subject matter expertise and accreditation management to support continuing education programs. You will lead content strategy, collaborate with SMEs and writers, and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical writing and editing with accreditation experience.
• Strong evidence-based practice and research interpretation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding and implementation of accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret accreditation requirements from accrediting bodies (ANCC, CA Board of RN).
• Prepare and manage accreditation applications and renewals with compliance to standards.
• Assess learning needs, licensing requirements, and clinical trends to guide content strategy.
• Write and edit clinical reference materials and CE modules using current research and best practices.
• Lead content review cycles and update courses for accuracy and relevance.
