EBSCO Information Services seeks a Nursing Editor & Accreditation Specialist to develop high‑quality educational content for allied health professionals while meeting accreditation standards. You will blend editorial leadership, clinical expertise, and regulatory knowledge to support continuing education programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical writing & editing and accreditation processes
• Strong evidence-based practice and research interpretation
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent understanding and implementation of accreditation standards

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply accrediting bodies' requirements (ANCC, CA Board of RN)
• Prepare and manage accreditation applications and renewals; ensure standards compliance
• Assess learning needs, licensing requirements, and clinical trends to guide content strategy
• Write and edit clinical reference materials and CE modules using current research
• Ensure adherence to professional, legal, ethical, and editorial standards
• Lead content review cycles; update courses for accuracy; analyze learner data to improve content
• Recruit and collaborate with subject matter experts, writers, reviewers
• Provide editorial guidance for consistency and quality
