You will supervise nursing operations, mentor licensed staff, and drive quality improvements while coordinating care plans and maintaining readiness for regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• Experience in long-term care.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and supervise licensed nursing and direct care staff.
• Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead staff education and development; implement policy.
