Jobot is seeking a Director of Nursing for a long-term care facility in the United States. You will lead nursing services, guide the clinical team, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

This role offers strong leadership opportunities and a collaborative, patient-centered environment. We value a RN licensed professional with LTC leadership experience who can drive outcomes, mentor staff, and uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in nursing leadership in skilled nursing, LTC, rehab, or similar environment.
• Leadership experience as Director of Nursing or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of LTC regulations, clinical documentation, and quality standards.
• Experience leading and developing nursing teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical and operational priorities.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for nursing services and clinical operations.
• Mentor and develop RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and nursing leadership staff.
• Ensure high-quality, individualized, compassionate resident care.
• Oversee nursing staffing, scheduling, and coverage.
• Monitor resident outcomes and care plans.
