The DON will provide strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to maintain survey readiness and outcomes. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and clinical standards.
