Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and clinical standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve outcomes.
• Experience with Quality Measures, audits, and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services.
• Ensure clinical excellence and full regulatory compliance.
• Lead and strengthen the QAPI program and quality initiatives.
• Monitor and improve Quality Measures, outcomes, and survey performance.
• Conduct daily clinical rounding to support staff and ensure standards are met.
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff.
• Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team.
• Lead survey readiness efforts and oversee plans of correction.
