Your Impact

As Director of Nursing, you will:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
Ensure clinical excellence and full regulatory compliance
Lead and strengthen the QAPI program and quality initiatives
Monitor and improve Quality Measures, outcomes, and survey performance
Conduct daily clinical rounding to support staff and ensure standards are met
Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff
Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team
Lead survey readiness efforts and oversee plans of correction

What You Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare
