Job summary

You will collaborate with the executive team to guide strategic plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while fostering a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Current RN license and active certification in a relevant specialty.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care policies, procedures, and programs.
• Collaborates with Executive Team on strategic plans to achieve goals.
• Provides leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including supervision and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Develops and manages budgets for nursing care services.
• Facilitates communication among nursing staff and other departments and partners.
• Identifies and addresses operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
