Job summary

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is seeking a Clinical Leader to oversee nursing strategy across procedural sites and telehealth programs. You will align clinical and operational goals with executive leadership, drive quality improvement, and mentor a diverse nursing team.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in surgical/procedural nursing, ACLS, and ultrasound training. Travel to regional centers and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years nursing experience in a surgical/procedural environment
• 2+ years progressive leadership experience in healthcare
• ACLS certification (active required before start)
• Completion of the PPRM Ultrasound Training program
• Experience with ultrasound triage and telemedicine preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational initiatives with procedural leadership
• Ensure nursing services meet performance benchmarks and industry standards
• Develop and implement remediation and improvement plans
• Promote evidence-based practice and a collaborative culture
