Job summary

Erie Family Health Centers seeks a Clinical Director of Reproductive Health for the Northwestern Prentice Hospital partnership. Qualifications

• MD/DO or MSN/DNP required.
• Completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency or accredited midwifery program.
• ABOG or ACMB Board Certified.
• Two years clinical OB/GYN physician or CNM experience required.
• Basic CPR Certification or ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive reproductive health care as outlined in the OB/GYN or CNM job description.
• Delivery Team Management and staffing coordination.
• Represents Erie at hospital meetings and maintains collaboration with hospital partners.
• Develops budgets, participates in billing initiatives, and ensures policy compliance.
