Job summary

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across family planning, abortion care, recovery room services, and centralized follow-up. The RN ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, Title X, CDC, and state requirements, while collaborating with health center staff in a respectful, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality RN-led care across family planning, abortion care, recovery room, and follow-up services.
• Support medication abortion care by counseling patients and dispensing prescribed medications.
• Participate in after-hours RN call rotation (approx. 2–6 shifts per month).
• Conduct clinical audits and stay current with nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
