Legacy Healthcare in Colorado is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Clinical Department and uphold the high standard of resident care. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science or Nursing, possess an unencumbered RN license, and bring at least 5 years of RN experience with prior department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• 5 years of R.N. experience.
• Experience managing a department.
• Director of Nursing or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as heart of the Clinical Department and uphold care standards.
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture and set goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department and problem solve.
