Memorial Hospital of Gardena is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for subacute care, full time, days. The role oversees onboarding of nursing contract staff, maintains required documentation, and coordinates with agency staff to fill shifts.

You will ensure timely access to timekeeping and training systems, while upholding HIPAA and patient communication standards. The position emphasizes accuracy, speed, and professional collaboration with facility leadership and centralized staffing.

Mansioni

• Onboard nursing contract staff including Registry, Travelers, and VEMA.
• Ensure all required documents are received and uploaded to shared drives.
• Set up contract staff in timekeeping system and coordinate staffing for RN contracts.
• Schedule Paragon training and Pyxis access; manage agency communications and shifts.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional communication with coworkers and patients.
