Adventist Health Glendale is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure daily nursing unit staffing and coordinate with internal teams and external staffing agencies. You will input census and staffing data into the scheduling system to generate daily reports and perform clerical duties.

Create a culture of sensitivity to nurses' needs while filling patient care bases and coordinating small programs with limited budget impact.

Formación

• High School Education or GED required.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree preferred or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Creates, maintains and updates daily staffing sheets and schedules.
• Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed.
• Maintains employee contact information and staff qualifications.

Educación

High School Education/GED or equivalent

Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
