Adventist Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for per diem scheduling. You will ensure appropriate nursing unit staffing daily, forecast vacancies, and coordinate with internal staff and external supplemental agencies to maintain optimal coverage.

• High School Education/GED or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Creates, maintains and updates daily staffing sheets, as well as updating the “working” master schedules on a daily basis. Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed.
• Maintains and updates employee contact information for designated areas. Maintains staff qualifications list.
• Maintains attendance records, on-call and float lists. Processes leave requests. Inputs data into payroll system.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
