Qualifications

• Current and active California license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of clinical nursing experience within the past five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, and other settings.
• Monitor faculty performance with 90-day and annual reviews.
• Coordinate student clinical placements and ensure competency progression.
• Provide teaching coverage and maintain program alignment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation rigor.
