Qualifications

• Experience with simulation environments (high/low fidelity) a plus.
• Confident with AV equipment and lecture capture tools.
• Proficient with learning management platforms and student databases.
• Master’s degree in nursing required; additional certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective student learning in clinical/lab settings and online environments.
• Provide guidance on professionalism, practice, and research in clinical/lab contexts.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Partner and support adjunct faculty as needed.
• Maintain nursing knowledge and stay current with curriculum, policies, and requirements.
• Maintain clinical competence and contribute to program outcomes.
