Grand Canyon University in St. Louis seeks a Lab/Clinical Nursing Faculty member for the Med/Surg area. The role supports clinical instruction, lab instruction, and student evaluation using current teaching methodologies and industry trends.

As a full-time faculty member, you will teach, evaluate, and mentor nursing students, collaborate with content area faculty, and participate in accreditation-related activities. Travel to clinical sites is required to observe and support student performance.

Qualifications

• MSN with active MO RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience in the last 2 years.
• Prior collegiate teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces didactic content in clinical and lab contexts.
• Collaborates with faculty to evaluate and document student progress.
• Participates in grading written and Clinical/Lab performance check-offs.
• Maintains communications with program faculty and director.
• Requires travel to student clinical sites to observe performance.
