Job summary

Talentify in the United States is seeking a Payroll and Labor Management professional to oversee the nursing center's labor spend and payroll processing, ensuring policy compliance and accurate compensation for staff.

You will coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, balance staffing with budget, reduce overtime and agency costs, and lead the Labor Management Team to optimize KPI outcomes while maintaining full staffing coverage.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in healthcare or long-term care with payroll expertise.
• Strong scheduling and timekeeping skills for payroll processes.
• Experience managing labor costs and staffing to budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control nursing center labor spend and payroll per policy.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll needs.
• Balance staffing needs with financial performance and budget.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while tracking HPPD and salary expense.
• Lead Labor Management Team to monitor KPI and optimize operations.
