Talentify is hiring for a payroll and labor management role at a nursing center in New Jersey. You will manage labor spend and process payroll in alignment with established policies, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely pay.

Key responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, tracking timekeeping, and balancing staffing with budget to optimize clinical and financial outcomes. You will lead the Labor Management Team to drive KPI performance while maintaining full staff coverage.

Formación

• Five+ years of experience in healthcare or long-term care with payroll/scheduling experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience managing payroll, scheduling and timekeeping in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll per policies.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll for employees.
• Balance staffing needs with budget and center financial performance.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize KPIs and operations.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
