Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care for residents in a Minnesota SNF setting. The role focuses on safety, comfort, and dignity, with opportunities for growth and supportive teamwork in a home-like environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere while delivering compassionate care in the assigned shift.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care - Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.
• Support Daily Living - Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
• Monitor Health Changes - Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
• Create a Welcoming Place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support. The duties and responsibilities

Schedule: Part- Time | 46.5 hours per pay period | 2:30pm to 10:45 pm

Pay Range: $19.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

This Job Also Requires
